After our initial meeting we provide you with a detailed cost estimate which includes all aspect of the job and specifications.

Architectural Services

The type of drawings you need depends on your project. If it is a simple kitchen or bathroom fitting then sketch drawing by a competent draughtsman should suffice. If it is a complex project with lots of high level detailing required, accurate and detailed drawings would be necessary.

We have our own Architect in house who will be able to assist you in completing these drawings and will be able to talk you through the process and liaise with us so you get a high quality job from start to finish.

Structural Engineer

We also have our own Structural Engineer; this enables we can provide the highest quality builds using expert advice and experience.

Project Management

If you decide to use your own Architect we offer a Project Management Service which will look after the process from start to finish. This enables realistic deadlines and goals to be formulated at the beginning of the project and then be correctly managed and achieved through out the job ensuring complete job transparency and high customer satisfaction.
